Rolled Fondant Icing- Fondant is a sugar dough that is used on cakes to
give a perfectly smooth and porcelain like finish; as seen on most wedding
cakes in magazines. When applying fondant, a layer of buttercream is
applied first and then the fondant icing. Cakes with rolled fondant icing start
at $4.00 per person.
Gumpaste - Gumpaste is also a sugar dough but this dough dries to a very
hard surface, making it perfect for beautiful flowers and structures. You can
keep the items made of gumpaste forever. Even though it is considered
edible, they are not meant to be eaten.
Pricing
Cake Prices start at $3.50 per person
Wedding Cakes - Wedding cakes start at $5.00 per person.
All wedding cakes are covered first in buttercream and then
covered in sugar fondant. Gumpaste flowers and bows are an
additional cost. Call or email me for a consultation and taste testing.
3-D Sculptures - Cake sculptures start at $250.00 (30 -35 people ex.
Mountain Dew can). Animal 3-D cake sculptures start at $500.00 (30 - 35
people, ex. Squirrel or Dog cake). Anything can be made into a cake!
My prices are very reasonable for the product that you get. Email me for
a price quote.
Cupcakes- Cupcakes start at $4.00 per cupcake. Price depends on
the complexity of the design. You get a lot of design and detail for that
price.
Scheduling Cakes
Weddings - 6 months to 1 year before wedding day; if its only 3 months give
me a call we will do our best to accommodate you. Call or email me for
a consultation and taste testing.
Special Occasion Cakes - at least 2 weeks before event; preferably 3 weeks.
This will insure that the date is open.
3-D Sculptures - at least 3 weeks; this is due to the planning that goes into
designing a three-dimensional cake and the execution of the finished cake.
